HOUSTON AND THE LITTLE GIRL WITH THE BRACELET

Toward the middle of the show in Houston a little girl handed me a blue plastic bracelet, which I immediately put on. Then I kept on singing but for a long time after that the little girl kept pointing at my wrist feverishly.  I kept looking at the bracelet but I had no idea what it was she was trying to tell me. Finally, I figured that she wanted it back so I made my way over to her and stuck out my wrist.  At that point she took her tiny little index finger (I’m guessing that she couldn’t have been older than about 10) and pushed on the top of the bracelet, where upon the bracelet starts flashing with all these colored lights.  It was so cool.  From that point on the bracelet became an integral part of our show every night.  It became indispensable during our evening raves because that way if I went into the audience all I had to do was stick up my arm, hit the button on my wrist and because of the flashing lights everyone could see where I was, including Craig who was always terrified that I would jump into the audience one night and never be heard from again.
